Canvas is a keyboard-controlled vector design tool. Instead of inspectors and menus, the tool can be controlled with instructions. To give an instruction, just start typing. Once memorized, these instructions make using Canvas a breeze. It supports basic vector functionality like shapes, fills, strokes, and much more. Once completed, designs can be exported as images from Canvas.

Limits are a catalyst of creativity. Thus, the basic feature of Canvas is not a bug, but a central feature. Play around with it, you might be surprised with what you make.

Being open-source and having an open file format, Canvas can be self-hosted and easily extended. It was designed to be open and light-weight. All instructions are documented in a document accessible from the main interface.
